Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Walked in around 6:30pm with no one else in there and the guy walked up to the counter without so much of a hello, an acknowledgment or even a grunt. He stood there and just looked at me until I finally told him what was needed. When usually most places would ask ‘how can I help you’. He processed the paperwork for my car insurance painfully slow, asking the same questions over and over again and on top of it all it was done incorrectly. I needed storage insurance on my other car and told him at least 3 times and no storage insurance was put on. With so many issurance places around, go somewhere else!
