I had a great experience with Rochells staff, they were very helpful in making me pick the right present for my wife’s birthday. I have took the item back couple of times to exchange and they were never rude or hesitated but helped me find the right product. I totally disagree with the previous reviewer but again it all depends what are you exchanging, if the item is not exchangeable due to health reasons then of course they may not do that, anyway I had an awesome experience and my wife is very happy with the product she finally picked.
