Do not recommend this place. At the end of my visit my nails turned out pretty with the shape I wanted and color, however the lady doing my nails ripped off almost half of my nail when roughly removing my old acrylics. Then, while filing down the nails she filed straight into the skin of one of my fingers. and cutting me. She also cut the my thumb while using her drill type equipment. Lastly, i ended up having to walk back for her to file my poorly filled nail edges. The job was rushed despite having nobody waiting. Will not be back.

This place is filthy. I got a full set done yesterday… I told her multiple times of my nails not being filed straight and at one point, I just stopped telling her to avoid or abrupt attitude. My nails were painted and many nails are bare on the sides. So my nails are crooked and half painted. Let’s see how long they last… Waste of $ 40

Horrible… My nails have been on for a couple days, look like crap and are already lifting. They also look super grown out. Dirty salon and crappy staff.

TERRIBLE!!! Went in for a full set of acrylics after a recommendation from a friend, and left nearly in tears. Place was dirty, and a complete mess. My nail tech completely rushed the whole process, continuously cut me and was talking very obnoxiously about me to her coworkers. My «nails» looked completely horrible, and after proceeding to calmly tell my nail tech what I needed her to fix, I was basically told that she didn’t see any problem with them and that she would not fix them. After arguing with me and giving me attitude for about five minutes, she just flat out refused to serve me, so I just left. Terrible, terrible business with no customer service whatsoever.

Do not go here. The staff is rude and they rush through your appointment. They try and charge you more for simple things(if u get ur nails done often u know the going rate for things) their techniques are very poor. If u want to change the color of your nails they will most likely tell u that u can’t change it for whatever«reason ». None of the staff speak English and they all talk amongst themselves making u feel super awkward. Very un professional if u ask me.

Stay away from this shop. I had an infection from a broken shellac piece from a botched job application which the technician rudely and angrily tried to fix. The application of shellac was completely wrong and careless. For your health and safety, do NOT go to this location. I previously wrote a glowing review on the Professionail location in Surrey Central which was very professional, friendly and upbeat. This hole in the wall in Guildford Town Center is exactly a hole in the wall filled with what feels like the lowest, rudest female Viet gangster/street hustlers. It’s rough. The thing is I don’t even mind that. What is revolting is the behavior of staff, the total disregard for proper techniques and no pride in their work! You walk in and the place is dimly lit. The woman at the front desk pounded the wall behind her to get the attention of some technicians in a small room at the back, then she turned back to playing with her phone, never once looking up at me. Another woman emerged looking tired, haggard to the bone. I felt sorry for her immediately and asked to see some samples for shellac colours. She only gestured for me to pick a bottle with no samples. I’ve never been in a nail salon that doesn’t have any painted samples in the small plastic rounds. Shellac bottles aren’t like regular glass nail polish bottles where spotting the colour is easy. The shellac colours come in plastic bottles that all look the same and they had smeared brush marks where you could barely make out what the colour would look like on a nail. I only had 3 to 5 seconds to pick a colour before the technician who was assigned to me told me to move along to her work station. Things were fine and we sat in mutual and total silence while she started the prep work. I felt things were off beat when she picked up the nail file and seemed to callously file any which way. I didn’t say anything. She put the shellac clear polish and then the colour polish on, two coats of colour. The colour was not what I asked for and not the colour of the bottle or the brush. I was stunned when she told me she was done. Not only was it not the shade I wanted, she had painted OUTSIDE my nails and applied the shellac too thickly so that it bubbled at the edges of my nails. There was totally no attempt to clean this up at all. She abruptly moved me to the front of the shop and said loudly and briskly said TWENTYONEDOLLARS. I beg your pardon?! I stood up there and that’s when shit hit the fan and I told her it was a bad job. She got excited and started shouting at me that she could put more colour on to make it darker. I said fine but that it still was a bad job with the polish all over my SKIN. She began raising her voice even louder, getting angry at me and told me she would clean it up. I got very upset and told her that if it continues to look so bad I could not possibly wear it out. I would need her to remove the shellac and I would not pay for this service. She started shouting at me again very angrily and said that shellac was expensive and I must pay 21 dollars. I was totally shocked and even more upset with her customer service and asked to see a manager. She shouted even more and said that NOMANAGER was around. I looked around me and truly the other 2 technicians were staring me down with dirty looks. Not one of them came over to see what was going on or try to figure out what the problem was. The one with the phone continued playing with her phone and chewed gum. There was another one who gave me a nasty look while she sat around. The worst part was at the last… As she was filing down her terrible shellac job which had already hardened, I would only find out later that pieces of the shellac broke off with the filing and cut into my skin. I had a bleeding cut and a fever in the evening. This is the first time I’ve ever been afraid of a serious infection at a nail salon and I’ve now slathered antiseptic and changed bandages twice and had 2 tylenols including 1 tylenol overnight. Do NOT go to this place. …Please consider yourself warned.

Walked in to get a manicure today with a couple of friends. The place was not very clean and the ladies working there seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. The lady doing my nails was also working on the lady’s beside me. I was told to wash my hands and when I came back there was a small COCKROACH on my table! If she wasn’t almost done my nails, I would’ve ran out of the store! I do not recommend anyone to go here and will not be returning myself!

Got in quickly and the ladies were very nice and helpful. My friend got UV gel nails and I got a manicure + nail art. Both turned out perfectly.
