Went in for a dinner Friday evening with my brother and his spouse; we were served within 15 min our calamari appetizer but then waited for another 35 min until we asked the server about our meal. We patiently watched as the table beside us(who arrived after us received their meal). She promptly said she would check, and upon returning said that the kitchen had just started on our food. After another 15 min we informed the server that we were leaving when another server quickly arrived with our food. The 14 oz prime rib was fine although not medium rare as requested, the week special steak and fries was alarming tough and cold, however the orange salmon was fine. On top of all this my spouse had stomach cramps the whole night into the morning after. Even with the 30% adjustment to our bill that was made by the assistant manager it does not come close to ruining our Friday evening. We should have listened to the other reviews of this Milestones.

Good food. Very poor costumer server & very poor side table service. & they didn’t do the US exchange right. We paid $ 40 extra. The bill was $ 113. Canadian we gave her $ 100US& $ 20 Canadian. She said it was enough to cover the bill plus a $ 5.00 tip. Her math is wrong.

Yummy bellinis and over priced sub par food.

We stopped by here for a late night dinner. I used to frequent the Brentwood Mall location before it was closed. The menu has changed a bit since then. I ordered the Old Fashioned Burger. The burger was great! Juicy, flavourful beef patty with cheese and bacon. The fries was soggy and greasy. I placed my fork on a fry and it went limp with grease seeping out. I expected some crispy, firm fries. I complained to the server and got another order of fries promptly. The new batch was similar to the last batch. Great service, but I would skip the fries next time. Loved the $ 5 Bellini as well!

I have given this restaurant a try maybe 6 times now in the past year and I am disappointed every single time with the food. We have tried brunch, lunch, & dinner and the food does not stand out. I guess we keep hoping it will change! The service is always welcoming and very friendly but the food is not that good.

Here for an early dinner with my grandparents on Friday night. The restaurant is HUGE and rather noisy, but the service was fast and pleasant and the food was reasonable. I ordered the short ribs and while very tasty, they had A LOT of fat on them so I got less meat than I would expect on such a cut. However, they were well seasoned, tender and easy to eat and there was a decent amount of potatoes and veg to make up for my lack of protein. Is it just me, or has their menu really shrunk? Also, I feel like they used to do a lot more diet-restrictive items than they currently offer, which is a bit disappointing for someone who’s extended family suffer from celiac disease. Probably won’t be heading to this chain as often as I once did.

3 of us came here at 2:30. We were going to go grab fast food, but we figured it was a non-busy time of day and could get in and out of there fairly quick. Missy big smiles greeted us and took our order. I was almost finished my water by the time she left… then we lost her for about 15 minutes while I stared at my empty water glass, still very thirsty. My guess is that she was out back smiling at flowers and thinking about what it might be like married to a handsome Prince from a faraway land. She did come back to refill my water… then gone again. About 15 minutes later she finally came back with our food. With hardly anybody in the restaurant it took over 30 minutes to get our salads, one burger and some spicy beans. When she brought the food we expressed our angst over the long waiting time. While she went back to get the rest of our food, I decided I would save us some time and go get my own cutlery from the hostess. A few minutes after that, the manager came over with a smile on his face to let us know that he had taken our spicy bean appetizer off the bill and apologized for the wait time. It was very casual seeming. We didn’t even have to say anything. i’m guessing that casual style of management has carried over to the rest of the workers here because nobody looked like they were in a hurry to do anything or service anybody… or maybe he was so used to the complaint, he’s now got it down to a quick routine of taking food off the bill for the long wait times. I would have rated this experience a one star. But the Old fashion burger was absolutely delicious. The server came by again to check on our food, and then guess what? that’s right, we lost her again. Finished our meals, stacked our dishes nicely, then looked around to see if she was going to come back. We called the hostess over and asked if she could go find our server so that we could get the bill and get out of there. It’s one thing to wait a long time for your food, but it’s another thing after we’ve already complained about long wait times, to have to wait around for your server again to grab the bill after not seeing her again for another 10 or 15 minutes. Missy big smiles finally came back to take our payment. She wasn’t phased a bit that anything had happened. Just smiling and thinking about her Prince. So nice.
