Purchased my clip-in extensions from Luxury Hair this past summer, and I love them. I was a bit nervous, as my first experience with extentions(pink orchid extensions) was terrible. I love that Luxury hair does life time hair styling(with a receipt) — Like who does that?!:)Staff always reminds me to bring receipt, bobby pins, and hair spray. Although it’s an additional $ 30-$ 40 for an updo. Staff are always very nice. Be sure to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a good weekend time slot. I’d recommend booking a couple months in advance for special holidays. As some of the other reviews are not good, just be polite, and they will be polite back, which will equal good service ;)

Went to Luxury Hair last month and I had an amazing experience. Had a consultation with Chelsey and she did an wonderful job helping me choose the best extensions that would complement my current hair colour and style. I got these beautiful human hair extensions at such a reasonable price. She even helped me put them in and gave me really easy styling and haircare tips. Thank you so much.

They really need to work on hiring people with good customer service skills. We went in and stood around for 5 min being ignored by the staff while they chitchat. Finally I spoke up asking to try on the wigs and the super flamboyant guy working the register said in a condescending tone«it’s $ 5 to buy a wig cap» and then preceeded to ignore us again. I guess we don’t look like we have 5 bucks to our name. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! I had to walk out at that point. Terrible customer service, shocking they hire people who treat customers like that.

Bought their human clip in extensions, numerous synthetic black strands(will not bleach), loose random threads, and bits of broken off strands at weft. The hair they display(in those pretty boxes) and sample on clients seems like much better quality with better clips then the hair given to paying customers. Staff is RUDE, and will not let you open the package of hair you are given(from behind the counter) to inspect it. Wish i had never purchased here, such a horrible experience.

I like the hair sold here but the customer service stinks like bad cheese! Apparently, they offer free hairstyling for life. Sounds too good to be true eh! here is why; I purchased my clip ins extensions bout two weeks ago. Since, I have been having a hard time placing them without them becoming loose and falling out. I went in bout a week ago asking if i can have a staff member put them in for me and give me an idea of how to place them. I was brushed off cuz they were«really busy» so I made an appointment for the following week. I was told to show up with clean, dry hair. When I showed up for my appointment, the guy asked me if I had my receipt which I thought was on my desk at home. When I made the appointment, they didn’t mention that I needed the receipt, but did tell me to show up with clean, dry hair. They said they couldn’t do my hair without the receipt even tho the nice blonde girl who sold them to me(who remembered me!) was there. Disappointed, I left. I ended up finding the receipt in my purse bout ten minutes later but I didn’t want to go back cuz the customer service is hokey and the guy with attitude was the one who was going to be styling my hair. At that point, i didn’t want him to even touch my hair. I ended up going into another salon in the mall where they happily helped me(for free! and I left a tip$) and taught me how to place them. I really think that Luxury Hair staff are trying to avoid honouring their«free hairstyling» for life. Cheeky monkeys!

Im a fan. I have had all types of hair extensions most of my adult life– as my hair is incredibly thin and fine. If im not in extensions, Im wearing ¾ hair pieces. This is hair HEAVEN! I had a disappointing experience– as I had booked an apt for 3 weeks, and called weekly to make sure my hair color was going to be available. When I got there, it was not. Then they tried to sell me clip in’s. Thats not what I wanted, and I must say, they did scamper, and come up with not only a good solution, but one that has me coming back. I am a hair snob. I have paid out THOUSANDS of dollars(in ONE shot) for amazing hair extensions– while these aren’t in the same league, and I couldnt possibly expect them to be, for a few hundred dollars, they are far better then I could have imagined. Their product is decent, and there are 2 guys that work their– the owner and the reception/stylist, that really did go beyond the call of duty, to make me happy. I will be sticking with this place for a while. What has me coming back is mainly the staff. They actually care– and thats rare in this day and age.
