La Nails

This place is crap. The girl was downright rude to me. She didnt even take care into doing my full set. And she made all my nails shorter than i want them. She charge you extra for anyshape other than square. No other store does that and they charge you 3 $ for a nail file and buffer you will never bring back to make money off you cause you obviously wont remember to bring it bqck everytime you visit. when she glued on my nails and asked me if it was okay i told her they were to short she got mad and told me it was to late. And than later rudely laughs to herself. Will honestly never be coming back to this place. Customer service is terrible and rather go to somewhere that talks s@&t about me atleast they would do a better job.

This is definitely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, much less in Surrey. I got a mani/​pedi about a month ago. For the (average) price, the customer service is incredibly rude. No one speaks English well enough to ask what you’d like, and they force you to pay $ 2 for a nail file that «you can bring back.» No other salon in the area does this, and they won’t budge on it. The ladies were very curt with me, not at all pleasant, and sped through a manicure. A shellac manicure is supposed to last 2 – 3 weeks without chipping, well mine peeled off within a matter of DAYS. It was clearly due to some mistake in the processing. The pedicure was fine, though they really skimp on the massage. I will never, never go back to this place.
