All the way awesome.
Butter chicken beat mine all the way … And i have been manufacturing and selling indian meals for years…
Gj has been an exec chef for one of the largest five star hotel chains and knows his stuff.
Went again today and the lamb kebabs were right on the dot… The basil paneer tikka was mmmmelt in the mouth. The mango lassi was good but the salted yogurt lassi was just a killer.
I could go on…

GJ’s was recommended to me from a colleague. Very authentic Indian Food. Not only was it a great place to dine in or take out, the service is outstanding. They really care about their customers and make you feel like part of the family. Will go again.

We were visiting from the US and craving Indian food. Highly recommend the food here, especially the goat curry. Preparation is home made Punjabi style and they provide very generous quantity and prices are reasonable. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Surrey.

As good as it gets! If you want great great tasting Indian food without the extra preservatives and same type of sauces, then you have to try this place. The food here is amazing every time and I believe once you start coming enough they treat you more and more like family every time. Im a regular here now and the food is amazing. Have had no complaints yet. Tried almost all the vegetarian dishes and never had a complaint in regards to taste, quality, or overall experience. Gurjyote is amazing but his kitchen is almost as amazing especially for little nacks like a few extra chilis!:) I recommend the Garlic Naans chili paneer with gravy, trust me if you ask he will deliver!

This place is awesome. Had the best butter chicken there yesterday and blew my mind. Best I have had anywhere for a long time. Also had the coconut prawn curry and that one was fresh and amazing too. Not sure if it’s a new place or not but I hope it stays for a long time and I hope they don’t make any Changes. Found my new Indian restaurant in Surrey. Highly recommended!!! Hats off to chef!

My husband tried this little hidden restaurant in Guildford today! The food was AMAZING! The chef, being experienced in India’s top restaurants, is actually very passionate about his art! He uses the best ingredients and delivers on taste. We had the veg briyani (rice dish) and poori sholay (fried bread with chickpeas) …delicious. He’ll also do vegan food which is a huge plus for our family. We took the gol gappe to go and were equally impressed! Will be returning again.

The food here is excellent, i had the vegetarian lunch special, and it seriously exceeded my expectations. I had a vegetarian dal from Guildford mall yesterday, and this is 1000 times better in terms of flavor/​value. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes. Very friendly owner too ! Highly recommended.

Small gem in Surrey. Great tasting food. Interior is basic but their food is not. I had vegi Buriyani and it was great tasting with mouth watering aroma. I also had Paneer dish as stater and it was great tasting too.

Don’t hesitate to try this restaurant! My husband and I tried GJ’s for the first time on a Sunday afternoon and had a really wonderful experience.
We ordered Butter Chicken, Veggie Pakora, Gobi Aaloo and Naan. All was delicious! The Pakora was nice, light and a bit airy, this was definitely the best we have ever had. The Butter Chicken was beautifully spiced, soooo yummy. And the Gobi Aaloo was delightful.
The service was friendly, thoughtful and quick.
We will definitely go back. Awesome food and great service.

Best Indian food! Third time my co-​worker and I have ordered from here, the food never fails to amaze our taste buds. GREAT Customer service as well!
