Ethereal Nail & Beauty

Loved it here! I’m from New York and was visiting and was in need of a mani and pedi, came across this nail salon and loved it! Takes their time even for guys. Love it!!!

My new favorite nail salon! I tried the Ethereal because my usual salon isn’t open Sundays, but I will keep coming back because of the fantastic service! Eva and Piper looked after my daughter and myself and both very friendly and professional. The owner of the nail salon was present and she greeted us and had us seated efficiently. The salon is bright and airy and appears clean. We didn’t feel like just another pair of feet, as is the case in some other salons. All in all, a great experience.

I took me awhile I find a new nail place I loved when I moved here. This is it! I’ve been going here for 2 years and I’m happy every time.

I’ve gone to other places yet I keep coming back to Etherial!
Why? I’ve found that polish on toes will last for weeks with out so much as a chip.
Proof again as I just returned from a 9 day vacation… walking, walking, walking in open toe shoes and dry weather… Polish is still perfect.
That fact alone will keep me coming back before I try another place and get disappointed! Thank you!

I came here as it was opened on Sunday and wanted to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure.
Service was great. I did not have to wait for an appointment. Staff was efficient and thorough with the pedicure.
Relaxing music was playing in the background. I sat in the massage chair the whole time with the chair massaging my back. Place was clean! It looked like staff had clean nail utensils for each client.
Price was very reasonable for $ 35. I paid $ 10 extra for a paraffin treatment. The staff wrapped each foot in a bag filled with wax. I appreciate how sanitary that was. I have been to places where there is a pot of warm wax that multiple clients dip their hands and feet in.
My only complaint is that staff were busy talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese even when they were working on clients. I know it makes passing the time faster, but it would have been more professional to not socialize in a different language in front of customers. I personally do not care too much as long as I get my nails done and not catch an infection.

When my fave WR place was closed, I thought that I’d give Ethereal a try and I’m sure glad that I did! Not sure how long they’ve been around, but they are large, clean, airy, bright and wonderful.
Since we walked in on a relatively quiet weekday, we were seated in no time at all. I received the $ 28 Wed. pedi special, but for a mani-​pedi combo I would have received the standard price of $ 45. Kids were around $ 20 for both which seemed like a good deal for me, especially when bringing an extremely energetic yet excited girl! They even decorated her toes with two little flowers and what an extra score that was!
They spent a lot of time with my little friend and me. Even when she smudged her nails at least three times (‘cuz how can you ask a 6 year old to sit still for long, really?) they were incredibly kind and helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to overlook her slightly smudged toes.
There were some magazines but most were old, although I didn’t have a lot of time to read when trying to entertain. The polishes were all trendy OPI, but some of those appeared slightly old, too. They had many new ones for sale, though.
I’d like to return before I give them a solid five, but once again, WR has demonstrated that they are surpassing the city with nail salons, so Vancouver really needs to step it up. 4.5 stars all in all!

I have been going here since they opened. Great, friendly service. Always available for appts. I’ve had many friends get married and we always come here as a group to get our nails done for the wedding. I would highly recommend this place! They even have cheap pedicures on Wednesday’s :)
