Super yummy Indian takeout! We didn’t want to eat in because of some of the sketchy reviews about dirty dishware so we ordered to pick-up. We ordered bangan bharta, dal tarka, malai kofta and garlic naans. They were really tasty. They definitely were a bit oilier than some other restaurants but we didn’t mind. The kofta sauce was super rich and creamy, bharta was really well spiced and the dal was full of spices and little chunks of ginger. All in all great and super affordable food! Also once we got there we were tempted by the sweets. We didn’t think their barfi and gulab jamuns were as good as others but we were excited to see jalebis so we got some and despite it being the end of the night they were still quite crispy and yummy. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Very bad customer service, I ordered 35 mix samosas and the charged me extra for 2 boxes. I asked them to put all in one box and they said it wouldn’t fit. So I paid the extra $ 3 for the boxes. When I came to pick it up, I asked to have 2 small and 2 medium sized sauce instead of the large one they wanted to give me. The lady said oh, you need to pay extra! Seriously now!!! How cheap can you go with a sauce!!! We’ll I will not buy anything from there anymore for my business lunches. Enjoy your sauce

Very enjoyable family dinner. The food was very good, the best thing about the restaurant is that the food is freshly cooked and very tasteful. For starters we had vegetable pakoras, they we one of best we had for long time. The service was very friendly and fast. The prices are very reasonable. I wish they would start serving halal meat dishes also.

I loved their cauliflower pakora, soooo addicting. The spices are mixed in very well, they make it fresh when you order too! Great for party appetizers!

Stopped by here for lunch with the family, it seems like more of a take-out place but they do have a few roomy booths and randomly a bar with a very large selection of liquor. I didn’t try too many of the Indian sweets but the one piece of Barfi that I tried was really good. One of our glasses was dirty which the server replaced right away. We ordered the butter chicken, chicken biryani, fish pakoras, garlic naan and also the king’s special naan. The butter chicken was decent but the biryani seemed to lack flavor and spice although the pieces of chicken in it had lots of flavor and were super tender. The best part of the meal was the king’s special naan, it was filled with chicken, onions, peppers and spices and it was delicious! The pakora was also very tasty and it was served with mint chutney(eating these together is just super addicting) Overall a decent, fast meal for when your in a hurry and also the prices are very good.

Very popular place for pickup food — indian fast food. Great selection of sweets. Mouth watering. Freshly made samosas and other deep-fried indian food. Depending on the shift, you can find friendly staff who speak english to explain menu items clearly. you can sit down eat as well. Clean. I have been placing phone order and pickup later. Chilli Paneer is my favourite so far but not consistent with the flavour. Some days are fabulous.

This IS the place. This is where the locals get their sweets, but it’s where I get my Indian fix. Hands down, the absolute best vegetable pakoras, cauliflower pakoras, and yes, sweets too. But MAN, those pakoras!!! I mean, a full pound of richly spiced, super crunchy and crispy pakoras filled to the brim with fenugreek leaves, potatoes, onions, and cauliflower for $ 3.99. I don’t know what you can get for that amount that’s THAT gloriously golden delicious and flavorful and addictive these days. Two devout foodies can dine very full very happy here! Thanks to the patrons who work so hard to give us a wonderful experience every time!

This place has great food but there is a long wait and the restaurant décor is a little awkward with the booths in the middle of the floor. We ordered the prawn masala and vegetable jefreze. The masala was very creamy and rich and was spiced really nice. I liked the Jefreze more because it wasn’t as rich and had a fantastic mix of spices with something a little sour to cut through the spice. All was very fresh so I was happy to wait. The garlic naan was so good we ordered a second order! The samosas are small, not very spicy but still tasty with lots of fennel seed and only 50 cents each. Yum!

Ordered some pickup. The food taste fresh and really good. They have a poor sense of time. They said that it would be ready in 20 minutes about it took closer to 30. Parking in the complex is a bit difficult, the strip mall is pretty busy.

Came here for a quick lunch and tried the goat curry plus garlic naan. It was yummy and had the right amount of spices in it(not too spicy but spicy enough to feel the kick). The dish was great but there were a lot of bones and marrow types of parts in my dish. I much rather have something boneless but I guess goat meat usually comes with bones? I didn’t try anything else so my opinion is just for the meal I tried! Oh and there were a few large pieces of ginger. Good for colds I guess but since I am not the biggest fan of ginger, it wasn’t the best lunch experience for me!

Great food and reasonably priced. My only caution is that their take-out area is very busy and you can wait for a while. However, once you get the food you will be more than happy. My wife loves their butter ckicken…

I phoned in a take out order and was told it would be 25 – 30 minutes. Went to pick up the order and still waited about 10 – 15 minutes. The other times I have ordered here I experienced similar wait times, even though there’s almost never anyone dining in the restaurant. Besides the wait the food is quite good. I haven’t tried the sweets but dinner has not disappointed me. I guess it’s worth part of the wait to get everything freshly cooked. Fish pakora was really light. Not at all greasy and over fried like I’ve had at other restaurants.

This is my family’s go to place for Indian take out. I haven’t tried all of their menu, but so far everything I’ve had is good. The fish pakora are very good especially if you get them at the end of the week. Diamond is also a sweet shop and most of the sweets I’ve had are not that great. Also even if you call ahead, you usually end up waiting for a few minutes. I think this is because they get a lot of cancelations therefore, they make the food once you arrive?(Just my logic). Overall, I’m glad their in our neighbourhood since they fulfil my Indian fix.

Reasonably priced, fresh made food. We ordered several plates and shared them. The jasmine rice was fresh and hot, the naan breads and dips equally so. I am normally picky with butter chicken, but they made it just the way I like it. The service is not quite fast as it is run by a family but in my opinion good food takes time, and if you want it fresh, even more so. Great spot in this neighbourhood!
