Indians freaking rock it in Surrey (Suburb of Vancouver). That’s Indian with the dot, not the feather. Indian spices with Italian ingredients?! Combination is explosive. Butter chicken, tandori chicken, and paneer pizza are all amazing. The ingredients are spread out so perfectly all over the pizza, they must have used a ruler to lay out everything at 24 mm (they dont use imperial measurement system there remember!?) away from each other.
The Hidden Secret
Not so hidden but you wouldn’t think to order this at a pizza restaurant, the naan in combination with the tiki masala chicken. I’m serious though, I haven’t had a lot of tiki masala in my lifetime, but this made us all feel so naughty eating it. We couldn’t look at each other while eating it.

Little beknownst that a big portion of population Vancouver is Indian. The people who make the city turn, Mexicans didn’t make it that far so if your looking for some tripa tacos, you’ve gone too north.
