I purchased a SocialShopper voucher for a facial for my mother to this place and I was horrified to find out how much trouble she had in trying to book an appointment. This place kept on making it extremely difficult for her to get an appointment and would call her to cancel after a time was finally booked. It was such a chore that my mother called me and said she would rather not use it. I was so embarrassed and am upset that this business can be so unprofessional. There are too many spas out there for them to treat their potential customers like crap.
