I can’t imagine where the bad reviews came from. This place is clean and comfortable with all the amenities! We just stayed in the worst hotel EVER and were so relieved to come back to this Best Western. CLEAN! The room had a little kitchen with clean dishes. The beds were amazing and clean! The man who checked us in was so lovely and so understanding that we’d been in such a terrible place before that he gave us a bottle of wine! We used the hot tub, the whole pool area was comfortable and nice. If I ever come back to Canada, I will be checking the availability here first! Also, Surrey turns out to be a lovely town!

Wow. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at.
On my schedule to call Best Western corporate and express my feelings.
Actually a shame because the staff seemed very nice and welcoming. But walk into the hallway and down the corridor or into the rooms and beware. The place actually smells bad :(
Upon checkout I noticed that the manager was just relaxing not REALY caring about the state of the property.

Ordered early check in at this place, and then was told to wait. While waiting, another couple came into the hotel in a rush, asking for early check in and they were granted entrance immediately. Still waiting 20 mins later.
