BB Nails

I came here yesterday to get a pedicure and manicure. The place was cute and clean but the customer service was horrible!
I had two ladies working on me, one for my pedicure and the other for my manicure. The lady doing my manicure left me to take a walk in client. The lady who did my pedicure was about to start the rest of my manicure an hour later but I told her I don’t have time now to get that done. As I went to pay they charged me for a full pedicure and manicure. I asked the lady why I’m paying full price for my manicure and she told me that it its because I didn’t have time to get the rest done and that it’s still full price even if I didn’t get the gel nail polish on.
She also started arguing with me telling me that it was my fault for not having time even though it was because she took another client in between. I ended up paying full price for my manicure out of frustration with no gel nail polish and an argumentative staff. I also work in the beauty industry and know how customer service work, I don’t usually write bad reviews but I felt this was the worst service I’ve ever received! I won’t ever be back.

I love this place because it’s close to my work and the girls are super sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming, and I love that they always have TV with the sound playing instead of cheesy elevator music like a lot of salons! Great value and great service have kept me coming back. Only problem is you have to call ahead as they get really busy! They also have a really great loyalty program that gives you $ 10 off a nail service after so many visits.

So I’ve Ben here 3 times now… And every time have left a happy client. They take there time and are super friendly. All the staff is nice. But the manager or owner (I think) was the best! I’ve had both mani pedis done and I have no complaints. Good colour selection, CLEAN, and pretty fast. Call in advance though because they can be pretty busy.

What a find! A clean, stylishly decorated nail bar right in the neighbourhood! Service and quality of work were beyond my expectations. Will definitely be back!
