I would give this place a 0 rating if I could. From the very beginning this location made me skeptical about proceeding with a membership but a lovely lady at the front changed my mind. i had gloves that I used at other 30min hits and had no issue, the owner came in an apparently it was because they don’t say 30min hit on them, they were the exact same gloves by the same company and in baby pink. A side from that, I spoke with the owner and said id be getting married in the summer and moving to tacoma, that was no problem… As it turns out we eloped at the beginning of May and I’ve officially moved to a part of Washington that has no 30min hit. I emailed them to say ill provide all the proof but they’re charging me for all of may and June? I’ve been a GM for the last 4 years and we would never treat a client/​customer this way! 30 min hit is a great workout place but the owners have really disappointing customer service.
