These guys are outstanding. Quick to respond to phone calls and follow through with promises. Send in a knowledgeable technician not just a salesperson. We landed up not using them. So why the five star review? Well it was their honesty. Provided a detailed assessment of our older homes ventilation. Recommended updating the ventilation system before they would install an air conditioner. This kind of honest is rare these days in the service industry. I would high recommend True North and plan to use them in the future.

I am a big fan of this company. No I did not use them in the end as I found something a little different but they were definitely my runner up. Carmel was very informative and very helpful in the stressful time of having to replace our furnace. I can’t thank them for their time, education, and professionalism.

I have to say this business was outstanding. We sent an e-​mail on Sunday morning, ready to tear out our existing furnace because of non stop issues that no one was able to fix. Charge us to work on it sure… Fix it not so much. But True North called us with-​in 15 minutes. They sent over a tech, who found 3 separate issues that no one else had noticed, fixed them, and was awesome. The furnace has worked perfectly… Can not believe the change. The company called us back 2 days later to ensure everything was going ok… Who does that anymore?
Swift, reliable, well organized… This crew is better than all of the others we had tried combined.
