The Country Ranch Dog Boarding and Training

We have been boarding our rescue German Shepherd Logan at the ranch for over two years, and we have nothing but high praise for the Ranch and the team there. Our dog has major trust issues with people, but from the first time we met Peter, our dog seemed to trust him. Peter is very knowledgeable about dogs, their behavioural issues, and how to correct them. Over his several stays, Logan has become a more confident and sociable dog. This has been so positive for him. Whether we are out for a day of climbing in Squamish, or away for a few days, we leave Logan at the ranch knowing that Peter and his team will take the best care of our boy. They go way beyond what one would expect at a commercial dog boarding place, and genuinely care of the dogs. The facility is clean with lots of room in the fenced areas for the dogs to socialize and play. When we pick up Logan from the Ranch, he always seems tired but happy after a day of playing with other pups. Peter is very laid back and accommodating when we get stuck in traffic and are late to drop off or pick up our dog.

We take our pup to The Country Ranch frequently. The staff take great care in ensuring each dog is introduced to the others in a controlled environment. There’s plenty of space for them to play and interact and the socializing has helped our pup gain confidence and etiquette towards other dogs. The staff are friendly, and very passionate about animals. For us when we are away for extended periods of time, we know our girl is in the best of care. For her? Well it’s like staying at Disney Land for dogs! We highly recommend this place to board your dog!

My Golden Retriever Dug stayed at «The Ranch» for the first time last March. As this was my first time boarding him, I was a bit nervous but Peter put my mind at ease. Dug had a great time with the other dogs on the gorgeous property & came home after a week happy & tired. He’ll be making his second visit this weekend & I know that he’ll have another great experience!
