A&W

Who knew I’d find myself in Canadia and have the absolute privilege of being the very first to rate this here gem of an A&W Restaurant.
I stopped here en route to Victoria, where I would sail away to Seattle. I needed some proper nourishment before my long journey. I decided upon this little orange coloured shanty due to my love of root beer and recollection of eating an A&W burger once before.
The burgers are good fast food. Steps above BK and McD. There seem to be a lot of elderly that frequented that place, including the cashiers (sans a young lad who seemed to be on his first day). They’re nice here, but the pace is a few notches slower than what I am used to in the hustle and bustle of a city. «Them damn city folk ruining our community!» (nobody said that) But the food is pleasant, and I approve this place for your fast food burger craving.
They hide secret stashes of mayonnaise behind the counter!
