Love this place! The staff are always extremely knowledgable and friendly. Ready and willing to explain all new products and make recommendations when needed. We always take our fur baby with us and she is greeted with a wagging tail from Abby and a gourmet treat from staff. A great local spot for all your doggie needs.

I love dogs, but having to step over a dog in the front door and almost trip over his tail as he swings it is just not safe.
The older lady was nice, but not very knowledgeable. She was also very awkward when she came to ask me if she could help me. She acted like I was offended by her asking before I even had a chance to be offended. Weird.
The middle aged woman, on the other hand, was knowledgeable, but condescending. I was waiting for her to yawn in boredom while dealing with me. And, she had a fake smile on the whole time which almost made me walk out and buy the food somewhere else. (By the way, freeze dried is raw food. So, no need to try to make your customers feel stupid.)
Bottom line: We won’t be back to this bone and biscuit.

Just love going there. Abbey (the golden retriever) greets everyone that’s comes in the door. I bring my dog every time. They have many varieties of raw dog food. I think my dog eats better than me… Kelly

Great local business, but the lady I had helping me was full of tattoos and attitude. Negative about everything, had all kinds of crap to say about other businesses in the area, the entire experience was miserable thanks to her seething negativity.

Wonderful people and an awesome selection of dog treats and supplies. Support local animal charities too!
