GROSS! I went to this place in the summer and it was so unsanitary. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service was also terrible. they are callous and rude and rough. They actually cut a girl’s hand while she was getting her nails done and she was crying and in so much pain. I was so upset. I cannot believe this place is still open. It’s quite obvious that they bought their pass sign because their equipment was not clean. If you don’t want to get a communicable disease don’t visit this place. YOUCOULDNOTPAYMETOGOBACKTHERE!

Doesn’t matter to me that the staff don’t speak much English! Kind ladies, prices are great, they know their trade, work quickly and keep things clean! Great find:)

I was a walk-in today(a Wednesday afternoon around 2pm) and was happy they had an opening. It was pretty busy in the salon. It’s an older establishment. The furniture and décor looks tired but seemed clean. The green«PASS» sign was in the front. I felt their equipment was sterilized. The pedicure was $ 25, and I found the nail tech to be very gentle and did a good job. The nail techs were quiet… didn’t really speak to each other unless they talked about who would help a client. There were a number of folks with appointments coming in for nail and wax services. It was«hip-hopping» in there! Lol I talked to a couple of customers while we were sitting under the fans. I was curious if they were regulars and if they had tried other nearby salons. Both told me that they had tried others but always came back to HipHop Nails. I just got the pedicure done today. I’ll have to see how long it holds up. But based on my experience today, I would probably come back.
