Wow, i spent my Halloween in a Karaōke Joint in Toronto… woo dee F-ing doo! Haha j/k! This was one of the best Halloweens I’ve ever had! What more could you ask for… bonding with cousins and new friends. Singing Usher and Chris Brown to the top of my lungs, while butchering all of their songs… i mean not really sing SINCEMOSTOFTHEENGLISHSONGSAREJUSTCOPIEDSONGSFROMCMC, BET, and MTV! I mean what kind of FOBs would want to sing those kind of songs anyways? Well for $ 48, you can get all you can drink option… but its very limited to what you can drink. All you drink is Budweiser and green tea whiskey. If you want Heineken, you would have to pay that separately. I mean $ 48 dollars is that much if you’re drinking goose and remy all night, but damn all they’re serving us is Budweisers and Green Tea whiskey. ITWASN’T EVENJOHNNYWALKER either! But i don’t want to dog on this place that much, because I still had a great time! Met some new friends, bonding with cousins i haven’t seen in a while, and everyone here was really festive for Halloween! I felt so left out without a costume!

There’s nothing like spending Halloween in Canada by going to a «Halloween» party at an Asian karaōke joint, especially without the costume that you intended to bring, but of course, forgot to pack in your luggage. The most«Halloween» part about this Halloween KTV party were the costumed staff people and the unsuccessful scare one of the employees tried to pull as our elevator reached the second floor. So, my cousin is friends with the owner, but with a so-called«friend discount», we still had to pay a big sum of money – what an outrage! Ladies to pay $ 42(thanks, Sammy!) and gentlemen to pay $ 48 for unlimited singing and drinking. Good deal? I’m not so sure, especially since we arrived at midnight and our green tea-whiskey pitchers were watered down. And despite my somewhat proficient knowledge of Chinese songs, I still like to belt out English pop songs. But too bad all of the English songs were bootleg downloads from MTV and CMC(for those in the Bay Area, you have to know what I’m talking about!) without any lyrics! I still had a great time though, bonding with my cousins and new-found friends over horrible renditions of sappy Chinese love songs and Soulja Boy’s «Superman». And the venue is pretty nice. Easy to use karaōke machine, clean rooms, nice bathrooms, and plenty of dice!
