These doughnuts are freaking amazing! So fluffy and sweet and they have so many flavors! I ordered a dozen(no tax if you get a dozen) and tried quite a few flavors. My favorite was probably the maple glazed or the plain donut with chocolate frosting. I liked them all though so it’s hard to decide.

Yum, I prefer the classic apple fritter or dutchie. Not as sugary as some of the others. Nice and yeasty and chewy.

Everyone there is very friendly! The shop is extremely petite and cozy and clean; looks like something out of a movie. For gourmet donuts, they are definitely worth the extra $$$. And I love how their selection changes based on the seasons and/or holidays & events coming up! The service is fast and guaranteed you will never be disappointed with your donut unless you are not human! It is also a very unique and cute place to stop by on a date! And on a side note: the donuts are extremely photogenic.

Randomly discovered this place after visiting a furniture store nearby. These are bands down some of the best donuts I have ever tasted. I had the cronut and also tried the pistachio. If you are passing through this city, this is a must go to spot. Enjoy!

I ordered the pistachio and nanaimo donut. I liked the pistachio a bit better than the other. It had crushed pistachios on top which I liked. Added a nice crunch to the donut. But they were both extremely fresh, soft and chewy. And most definitely did not taste like a vegan donut. It was delicious!

Sure, a little pricey. Good taste, but just way too sweet. Hold the sugar mama! Diabetics just forget it, really, forget it. Could use a few more varieties. Donuts were a little thick and heavy, would like it just a little more fluffy. Not bad, but room for improvement.

Best. Donuts. Ever. And I’m not even a donut lover. Each donut is hand crafted, rich, chewy, soft, and fresh! Good portion sizes as well. love the seasonal varieties! My personal favorite is the peach fritter followed by the coconut crème and Oreo donut :)

Lots of interesting selections, like chocolate & chai, and cherry & chocolate. I picked cookies & cream, which for me tipped a little to far on the sweet side(but I’ve had worse, especially under the banner of cookies & cream). It was good, but I’m more enthused to come back and try other flavors. There’s no sit down here, this is a grab and go. Plus, expect parking challenges.

These are my absolute favorite doughnuts ever. I can’t recommend them enough. I often travel across the border from Buffalo, just for these doughnuts. So many delicious varieties and I would literally eat them until I became sick, then eat some more. Best of all, they’re vegan. I would quite literally cry if they ever decided to close.

I’ll K.I.S.S(keep it short and simple). Fresh, vegan, donughts that makes me never want to eat a Tim Hortons donught ever again! Got half a dozen. Came out to 15 and some change. 2 Coconut Cream 2 Banana Cream 1 Pumpkin Pie(Seaonal) 1 Cookies N Crème Go early to avoid disappointment! They at times, run out of the popular ones around mid afternoon. No hipster, pretentious vibe at all here. Friendly people just making a quality product downtown St.Catharines. As a Brock student, I support local businesses 100%. Check them out!

One day I decided to take a 2hour trip to St. Catharines from Toronto, only for these doughnuts. The hype behind these doughnuts were too much, so on a day off I decided to make the long trip. I had never even been to St. Catharines before, but I got there and my heart just melted. Everything vegan, and they had such variety! Since I was not planning on taking another 2 hour trip to st catharines again in the near future, I decided why not just a buy a whole dozen(aka one of each flavour). Wow. That’s all I can say to summarize the experience. They are by far the best doughnuts I have ever had. My favourites were the oreo filled doughnuts, the banana cream doughnut, the coconut cream doughnut and the peanut butter banana fritter. Basically all their creamed filled doughnuts ad fritters took my breathe away. I’m sad they didn’t have their cookie dough one on the day i went! And although I had a massive sugar rush and crash from having them, it was so worth it, it was amazing. The only sad thing about this place is that they are so far from me. PLEASECOMETOTORONTOAREA if you’re looking to expand, it would be the best day of my life.

Extremely sugar loaded doughnuts. Honestly I was quite disappointed. The hype was way too much for this place. The doughnuts tasted 1 – 2 days old and stale, not recommended unless you love the taste of pure sugar in your mouth. The lemon lavendar and the regular were the only doughnuts I could actually finish more than half without feeling sick from all the sugar they throw in. Only try them if you’re addicted to sugar or if you’re 5 years old.

Lucky for me the line was short for my first visit. Only bought 2 items as I simply wanted to try. I grabbed a banana fritter and an Oreo doughnut. I shared both of them with my daughter and we both agreed that the banana was our favorite. I found the Oreo too sweet. The doughnuts are big and fresh and really tasty(if not a bit too sweet). If you’re into decadent fare, this place is right for you.

Seriously the best doughnuts I’ve had in my entire life. I first tried them a few weeks ago and haven’t had even the slightest desire for a Time Horton’s since. Super cool flavours(my favourites so far have been coconut crème, Oreo, and peanut butter cup), and big. More expensive than Tim Horton’s doughnut, but totally worth it and understandable for the quality. Plus, everything is organic and vegan friendly!

I’m no longer in St. Catharine’s, but if I were to head back tomorrow, I’d probably make Beechwood one of my first stops. The coconut cream is a dream within a dream. Try to go mid-day during the week, otherwise the weekend line will eat you alive. I’d love for them to have earlier hours because it would be a perfect breakfast or treat to bring into the office. Lunchtime doughnuts still feel a bit scandalous.

This place is a must stop! The doughnuts are amazing! You would never know they were vegan ;-). We ordered the coconut cream, Apple fritter, dipped blueberry and French toast. All of them were excellent! They open at 11 but get here early. There is a line and once they sell out they close. A must stop in St. Catherine’s!

These are the best doughnuts I have ever had. Not the best vegan doughnuts; the best doughnuts. All the donuts are yeast donuts, which I find far superior to cake donuts. They’re also much more rare in vegan form than cake donuts are. I went for the grand opening and though they sold out of several flavors(Maple Blueberry Crumble, Coconut Crème, Nanaimo, Apple Fritter), I was still able to get seven different flavors. My absolute favorite is the salted butter toffee donut. It has crunchy bits on top and the icing was so heavenly; it never got hard or crusty. Some of the donuts were too much for me… like the one with a chocolate chip cookie crumbled on top. Hubs loved it but I thought it took too much away from the donut. Great shop, great flavors. I hope to see more from them in the future(like a crème brûlée donut a la Cinnamon Snail). The donuts have different prices but are all under $ 3.
