Fun! It’s only 45 minutes but packed with puzzles of different skills. The staff are very casual about the puzzles and they in and of themselves don’t really help your suspension of disbelief to put you in the situation. But once that door shuts and the background music comes on, the atmosphere is set and it’s time to hunker down and solve some puzzles. Many of the puzzles are geared toward figuring out a combo lock so that’s a good clue. Funny moment: unlocking a new dark room and me saying to myself«I need to find the light switch!» and a door pops open, a hand pops in and flicks the lights on and disappears. Willing to come back. There are others in Richmond too so plenty to try!

The rooms there are boring, very low budget and the puzzles are very arbitrary and obscure. Many of the clues don’t work properly. One of the rooms solely depends on your math skills, which is also boring. The people there are not very nice either, your«hint» is not really a hint, they will tell you something you already know and leave. Unlike other places, when your time is up they won’t even tell you how to solve the last puzzle you were stuck on, they will just say«sorry the game is over now». There are plenty of other escape room places to go to, avoid this one.
