This is an excellent Shoppers Drug Mart! I go here regularly for the standard Drug store purchases but what really impressed me today was their prescription drug department. I work in the area and recently filled a 3 month prescription. It runs out in 5 days. They called me TWICE to arrange the refill! I have had this prescription at London Drugs, SuperStore, and another Shoppers drug mart(Kerrisdale). No-one ever called me to remind me. That is excellent customer service and this particular Shoppers Drug Mart has it!

Go to this Shopper’s at least once a week. Very convenient to drop by after work with free parking stalls. They have a Red Box outside and a Canada Post office to drop off mail and packages. Nice food selection with bread, sandwiches and even fruit now.

Just like any other Shoppers chain that I’ve visited only the staff actually seem nicer and more attentive. I was looking for eye cream and the lady in the make-up section was more than helpful. She went above and beyond her call of duty with me.

Worst store management i have seen. Tried to go back and return a box of kids formula i picked from another branch and the manager here wont take it. I show her the receipt and she says no this stuff is not on the receipt. U didnt buy this on this receipt. After much argue i went back to the original branch at rich, ond center and they scanned the receipt and then the box. No problems there. A fine example of worst customer care i have seen. Manager name was rachelle, i wonder who make these employees managers without proper training and management skills. Worst way to start your Jan 1st. I wish i could give 0 stars to this branch.

*Convenient location, easy access. *Lots of free parking. *Open 24⁄7. *Excellent cosmetics section — tons to browse through. *Postal service. –Greetings from a cheerful and smiley cosmetic counter lady upon entry to the store at 8:00 in the morning! –Half my errands for the day were done in one shot: pickup snacks for coworkers, flu/cold meds to get me through the workday, birthday card for a friend, drop off mail, buy transit tickets… etc. –Optimum Points: earned 150 points today. Awesome reward program. Already made several redemptions to date for gifts to myself. It used to be London Drugs, but Shoppers has pretty much become my go-to drugstore these days.

One of the advantages of going to such a large chain is the consistency you can depend on when going to different locations. Parking is no problem here, in the giant strip mall lot. The biggest trend I’ve noticed with Shoppers these days is the increasing amount of space they give the food section. For minor or frozen items, this can easily replace a regular supermarket. The other plus is always the enclosed Canada Post office. With that said, things here tend to cost more than usual, so you do pay a premium for the convenience.

I must pay their rent with all the redbull I buy from there almost everyday! Great store and location, clean and great selection of everything, also a mini grocery store

Open 24 hours, this is the place that I go when I’m in need of anything in the middle of the night. I like this location because there’s always parking(even some designated 30 minute spots). It’s one of the largest store in Richmond, and although a little out of the way for me, it’s always worth the drive. They have a full cosmetics selection, with a cosmetician on duty. They’re usually pretty helpful in explaining different products, and finding the right one for you. I was looking for some mascara one time, and out of the countless brands and choices, she considered what I wanted in a mascara, and then narrowed it down to a couple of items for me to choose from. There’s the 24 hour pharmacy, as well as a fresh food aisle. There’s milk, eggs, butter, yogurt-basically some of the staple foods. They also have frozen dim sum, pizza, and other frozen foods for when you are in desperate need to fill your tummy. Bread, yogurt, naan(yes, they have naan!), ice cream, red bean popsicles, and all sorts of other«Asian» foods are available. I really like their ‘organic’ line of foods available. «Healthy» chips, popcorn, cereal, cookies… There’s a photo center as well. It’s a convenient one stop shop, and the 24 hour operating time makes it even better!
