Found this little organics store in Steveston. It’s ok but not much in way of fruits/veggies(or at least when I was there) and prices were rather high. I did notice the frozen take out area but found that also rather expensive.

Awesome little organic market right in my neighborhood, such a score! I found a Tofurky here a few years ago when no one else in Richmond knew what the hell I was requesting. They used to carry more frozen veggie entrees and even had a veg schnitzel, but I haven’t seen those kind of things lately. If they brought those back this would be a solid 5 star market. Oh and I love that they have a good selection of sustainable household items.

Friendly with some good products but too expensive for us to use even semi-regularly. Hope the store survives the relative drought of customers in this part of Steveston.

Again, another little gem in the London Place area of Steveston. If you don’t know the town, you may never know about this little place and the other places that surround it. The only organic /health food store that I know of in the area. It certainly complements the neighborhood well. When I first encountered this place I wasn’t sure what I would find. Yes basically alot of dried goods, from oats and breakfast cereals to herbs, drinks, pasta’s, beans and more. The fresh produce, at the time was not much to desire, but I may have come on a slow day. I know that it’s tough to try to carry everything, especially the fresh produce. I have come here for the other organic dried goods which I like. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. Now, all they need is to get more people to notice this place and hopefully Unilocal will help it find its way! it certainly beats having to travel all the way in town to Richmond or even Vancouver to find the food that I’m looking for.
