Really friendly service, decent breakfast specials. Came here for their large breakfast special with eggs, bacon, pancake and side toast(that was the meal of the day). Everything came out in a timely manner. Cost was standard with all other locations. It was busy, however, still manageable.

First of all, I’m NOT the biggest fan of IHOP in general. So, when my wife decided that this was our Saturday morning breakfast destination upon arriving in Vancouver, needless to say, I was less than enthusiastic. Having said this, my opinion quickly changed when we arrived and were treated to FANTASTIC customer service — given with a smile and a warm welcome. Yes, the food was overpriced, but it was at our table quickly and the flavors were excellent. I had the bacon omelet with cheddar cheese(with buttermilk pancakes) and the Mrs. got the mushroom and spinach omelet with hollandaise sauce(with buttermilk pancakes). Both hit a home run. My 5 year old twins had the silver dollar pancakes, with scrambled eggs and bacon. GREAT experience.

A good choice when you’re craving a greasy breakfast. Service here is slow. Saw lots of staff just walking around not doing much. Ordered the stuffed French toast combo. Ordered with a side of bacon but they served sausage instead. Complained a little and they brought me a side of bacon on top of the sausage. Not bad. Overall not the greatest. Lots of selection to choose from but would only go here if there was nothing else and if I didn’t feel like changing out of sweats.

Went today with 4 others from work for late brekky/early lunch. I am the one that is opposed to breakfast fare so I went for the lunch menu. Big mistake. Their new spicy chicken ranch sandwich was pure crap. The«chicken» was a frozen pressed patty of unknown origins. Gross. The fries and gravy were ok. That gets one star. The service was really good and the fact that my colleagues were happy with their carb and sodium based breakfast shares the 2 stars. Should have stuck to the original plan of phở.

Went here for breakfast a couple of days ago, it was about 9am on a sunday and we were seated quickly. The service from our server was decent enough. But our food came out cold… my over easy eggs were broken… and when we sent it back the owner came out to argue with us about the food being cold. Are you kidding me?! The customer is always right… there’s a reason that people say that. They brought out new meals… but didnt apologize… didn’t take anything off the bill(which I wouldn’t have expected had the food been the only problem). I will not be returning to this location. I hope this guy learns that he shouldn’t be arguing with his customers.

This restaurant is hard to find or easy depends on if you use Google Maps. We followed the directions and got here easily. There are tons of parking and hardly any wait at all. This place has high ceiling and very open so the noise level is loud. The servers are fast and pleasant. The food is decent. Saturday mornings are full of sports teams and kids. Nice alternate to the other restaurant on No 3 Rd.

I went here on a whim, when my friend called me and told me about $ 5 allyoucaneat pancakes. What? Really? I’m there. Sure enough, this legend is true. There are 4 types of syrup(Maple, Original, Strawberry, Blueberry), and I was sure to try all of them. Delicious. The menu also offers an «upgrade» for a few bucks. For example, I also had 2 sausage + 2 eggs + hash browns in addition to the pancakes, for a total of $ 8. Not bad at all. The place felt like a diner, a la Denny’s. No frills, just decent food and a homey atmosphere. I personally wouldn’t come here *too* often for health reasons(diabetes anyone?) but it’s definitely a great place for breakfast. anytime.
