Tried to stop in and pick up a shirt on my way back from DC. Sale lady was rude and ignored me the whole time which is hard considering the size of the store. Very unfriendly service. This store is also a franchise. Definately shop stateside if you want to get the proper Brooks Brothers treatment. This location along with the downtown store feels like a Chinese dollar store. Cold customer service and tacky salesmanship.

RUDE&DISCRIMINATING Brooks Brothers store ever! The sales lady was a Chinese lady who was unbelievably rude. I recently bought 3 new suits from Hugo Boss(excellent service there btw) n I wanted to buy some new dress shirts. They only had 1 Brooks Brothers in Richmond so I went there just now. I wear a 16.5−34.5 n i told her I want something longer on the sleeve. I wanted to pick a pattern out to try on but she picked one out for me n ignored which style I want. I figure, I guess I can try on the size first even though it was rude… I tried on a 16.5−35 n it was too short. I told her it’s too short n I want to try a 36 instead so I go n look for one. She stops me again n told me to try this on first… which was a 17.5−36. This shirt was one of the shirts she had hanging in the back room n she didn’t want me to get a 16.5−36 cuz she will have to refold it. I felt this rude service already but I still tried it on. Of course 17.5 is way too big and caused the sleeve to be even longer because the should is too big. I looked at the mirror n I felt like a kid that took his dad’s shirt n wore it. After I wore my suit, the sleeve was at least 1.5inches out. I told her it’s too long, she said there’s no 35.5, but all I wanted was to try on a 16.5−36. She then ignores me and served other ppl. I love Brooks brothers and the one in Vancouver is excellent but this one in Richmond is absolutely terrible. I don’t know why would they hire such rude Chinese lady. I guess to attract the«rich» audience n ignore ppl in their 30s like myself who just want a chance to buy a nice dress shirt. I would not recommend anyone who wants to go and buy a shirt. You won’t feel welcomed there if you r poor like me.

Right beside the PGA Tour Store, you can walk into it from the PGA store or from the terminal. The store is a lot smaller than the downtown Vancouver Store on Alberni Street. Similar merchandise, but limited selection due to the small store size. I guess this store is for the traveller that may need a last minute gift. It is also located before security.
