My experience at Beauty Court in Parker Place happened over a year ago and it still left a bitter taste in my mouth. This place should not even operate and if your going to spend your money. Spend it at a well respect spa like Spa Utopia or anywhere else for that matter. I came here for a mole removal and what was estimated to cost me $ 40 ended up costing me over $ 120. Smart for them but I left unhappy and they earned a bad reputation for it. The lady who helped me did a treatment on me and up sold me a after care balm for $ 30 and it gave me an infection on my face. It really was probably just wax lip balm that’s why it happened. I should have known better and used polysporin instead. But she took advantage of the situation and I’m sure she takes advantage of every client the same way. The lady helping me I think is a long time staff she is a rounder lady and also just had a baby. She is pretty tall with long hair. Just describing her so you can avoid her. If you walk by this store just keep walking. I wouldn’t even trust the products after having my experience. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with a bad experience. And yes the staff are super judgmental and always eyeing you up and down.

This place is the absolute worse. I was so offended and hope it closes down. I came here looking for specific Asian cosmetics– they do not carry Missha, Étude house. Holika Holika, Skin79 etc. they had a sidewalk sale display, so when I was looking the sales lady stood directly beside me. Staring at me and what I was touching. She was literally right beside me analyzing everything I was doing. I thought ok maybe because I was looking at the sidewalk sale stuff so I politely asked to see their make up lines they carry. She led me to the small display, shitty selection anyways, and again the same thing: standing and staring at everything I was doing. There was no one else in the store and there were 3 – 4 sales people. I felt really uncomfortable and just walked out. Ugh How about showing your customers a bit of respect, you assuming wench? Little do they know, I could have been the biggest purchasing customer of the month. Even after I left I thought about what I was wearing: jeans, flats, clutch, and a tshirt. No rips or holes. It was July. Maybe because I looked young but you’d think they would be used to Asians who generally look younger than they are. This store left a bitter taste in my mouth. I really hated this store.

I only came to this shop once or twice a year when they have a big promotion. They carry Swiss line products that I use. The staffs were not attentive or professional at all. You have to know what you need to buy and get things when it on sale!

This place has the potential to be a four or even five star business, but let me tell you something: a little customer service goes a long way. I was walking through the mall and noticed this place was having a sidewalk sale so I stopped to look at the perfumes and cosmetics. A sales clerk immediately rushed over and although she said«hello», not a trace of a smile was to be seen on her face. She just stood there watching me. I guess wearing ripped jeans and army boots with a trench coat automatically gets you labelled as a shoplifter. I was irritated and decided to move on, then I seen the wall of OPI polishes for $ 8! I stood in front of the display looking for a specific color and the sales woman stood right beside me, literally about half a foot away. It made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured to just buy something and leave. Especially since I was the only customer who was being treated like this. I had to bite my tongue because I really wanted to comment on their«service». Instead I just flashed around the couple hundred dollars I had in my wallet while paying for my nail polish. Funny how much nicer everyone was to me then, even if it WAS my rent money(they didn’t need to know that). I wanted to give Beauty Court one star, but I ended up deciding on two because they have a huge selection of OPI polish for cheap.
