Had issues with a generic brand shredder-past the returned date and also threw out the packaging. In addition, without the bill the service rep didn’t pause to go out of her way to locate the original bill and proc so a refund. This was an unexpected, pleasant customer service experience and the folks @ that staples have a good attitude and consistent approach to problem solving.

This is where I go when I need printer paper and stationery. I’m not a big fan of their electronics section as it lacks variety, but I do appreciate the effort. I also appreciate the electronics recycling bin. They also sell snacks and detergents here. Don’t forget to bring your air miles card :-)

I would recommend this exact location. It is close to my house and staff there is very polite and if you need any help they are always ready to help you. It does not feel like they are just trying to sell you. In would say best location I ever been with very professionally trained people. Did not have any issues or arguments at all. Inlet Dave there I believe he is store manager very nice person, he answered all questions I asked him in details.

I had a purpose going into Staples, but walked out empty handed. I had no idea how mad expensive Microsoft Office 2007 is!!! UGH! I was however pleased with the customer service. The sales rep assisted me once he was available. He voiced possible reasons why the bf’s microsoft office may be locked. He revealed online answers that I had yet to discover. I applaud him for continuing his aid as the non-sale was imminent in my eyes. Sale or no sale, the customer service was still good.
