I was happy with the price of their products until my flat iron die on me and found out they are selling knock off brands. For people they really care for their hair i strongly recommend to find places that selling more professional products. Unless you are the type of preson always go for the price over quality. staffs there looks unhappy and they seems just want you to leave her alone.

Came here yesterday to buy some new gel nail varnish. They had a big selection and there was some discounts and deals on most of them. The only thing is they didn’t have the big opi uv gel nail varnish. But apart from that the selection was big. Would deff return to buy some more colors!

It’s hard to find beauty supply store in this area what we have just some drug stores. However Sally is a really nice spot when you thinking to buy hair and nails product. Tips: $ 5 to sign up a membership therefore you get all merchandises a discount, as it said in store«beauty club price».

Good selection of products and the girls that work there are very nice. They always greet me with a smile and ask if I need help. It doesn’t feel«hostile» like some other locations.

I come to this store all the time to get semi-permanent hair dye and bleach. Since I’ve dyed my hair almost every colour of the rainbow, I know exactly what I’m looking for in a dye and this store always has it. Outside, it says ‘open to the public now’ … LOL, but when were they not? The associates are super friendly, even if they don’t look too happy sometimes. I’ve never entered the store once without being greeted and asked if I needed help. I’m not sure that ALL of them know exactly what they’re doing(recommending beauty/hair stuff), but some of them really do– especially when I was first asking about how to bleach my hair for the first time. This one associate with long brown hair in a ponytail is also super nice, and always looks for a ‘deal’ for me when I check out. She also gave me free bleach once because they had some extras in the back, and she saw I was buying some. This store is not the biggest, but it has all the basic nail, makeup, hair supplies and tools. You’ll find brands here that you won’t find anywhere else, and if you do… it’s probably shoppers drug mart selling it for a few bucks more.

the staff are really nice at this location. ive had horrible experiences from inexperienced staff at the location in aurora and will never go back. this location has a nice selection of everything. i no longer ask or take advice from any sa at sallys but at this location they seem to have a general understanding of the products they sell. this will be my go to location from now on. I like and appreciate that they don’t bother the sanity out of me. *update. So wrong about the associates at this location having a general understanding about the products. I took the advice of one of the girls and ended up with frazzled hair.

Once again the Canadian equivalent of a US chain falls short of it’s counterpart. It’s not all bad though, and I’m satisfied to have an alternative to the main beauty stores. Though, this location doesn’t have the Queen Helene’s Mint Julep Masque(they have the scrubs, though) or Tend Skin. Most of their products, like TBBS( ), are geared towards the professional end. They have decent quality hair brushes, bungee ponytail holders, Manic Panic NYC, and China Glaze polish. Service at Sally’s is generally solid. Staff is always ready to answer questions and it’s never difficult to get someone’s attention. If they get my favourite products I’ll be back regularly.
