I like this Recall. Its big and clean. Well organised, the shelves are always stocked.
The people that work there are nice, a few walking dead (those workers who don’t care but are just there for the paycheck)
Can be busy on the weekend but my favourite time to go is Friday after work. Its empty then. Darn I just spilled a secret. Oopsy

New plaza + new store = no lines.
Unlike the Shoppers store half a block away, this one doesn’t seem to ever have lines. I guess it takes time for more residents to try a new store.
The staff try to be proactively helpful.

This location is still quite new, but so frustrating to shop in!!! Sale items RARELY ring up at the sale price and also, these sale items are often out of stock LONG before the sale ends! Shelves frequently empty. One cashier is HORRIBLE!!! She is rude and seems to take pleasure in being as slow as possible.

Came here to spend $ 50 to get 50 air miles and also use a bunch of coupons which included a $ 10 off a purchase of $ 50. Almost everything I wanted was in stock and the staff we very helpful. Cashing out took a while so I was glad that the cashier didn’t mind taking her time (since almost every item I bought had a coupon). She was also very interested in knowing how on earth I had so many coupons! It was quiet funny.
I also noticed that they have random amazing sales on cosmetics which is exciting =) (e.g. BOGO lip products or 25% of certain brands)

Large new store with a huge makeup department. They are clearly trying to compete with the enormous Shoppers Drug Marts that seem to be opening up on every major street corner. I was impressed with the customer service I received at this location. Without my prompting, the cashier searched for a coupon that would be applied to my purchase which ended up saving me 60%.
