Door to Door Flyer Distribution

These guys are absolute crooks. I am a real estate agent who invested almost $ 1000 into print and delivery (print from another source) for a 5000 home flyer drop in the Pickering area.
I should’ve realized right from the beginning that this company was unprofessional when they gave me a price different from the price they gave to one of my colleagues.
I met one of their employees named Jack, to give him the flyers for delivery, as well as tell him the area I want dropped, and give him the money. He said for the lower price offered, I could only pay him cash up front.
This was my first flyer drop and I trusted one of the first search results I found on the Internet.
This company is a scam.
They said they would drop it off on the Monday and provide me with a report when it was done.
I heard nothing from them on the Monday, nothing on Tuesday (even after reaching out for confirmation) so I decided to reach out to my clients and walk the areas to see if they were delivered. I saw no flyers and my clients who live in the area also told me they did not receive them.
Starting to panic, I started calling, emailing, and text messaging Jack. He said he would speak to his manager for confirmation. He assured me that some were delivered on the Monday, and the remaining on Tuesday. He had no legitimate answer when I told him my clients didn’t receive them and that I walked the area to check.
He said he would said an audit report. A week later I go a pathetic «audit report» which simply was a list of street names that they delivered too. There was absolutely no proof they were delivered. Not to mention with a 5000 home flyer drop, I didn’t receive a single call.
After forcing the issue for compensation, they offered to do a «free drop» of 3000 flyers but we would have to provide the flyers. What a joke. Invest more money into this shady company for a promise of LESS of a delivery than what was originally supposed to happen.
I will be creating a small claims case against these thieves. Beware of using this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

As a new real estate agent, my first marketing material is very important. I decided to market to wide range, 25,000 homes, in my area.
I hired Door2DoorFlyerDistribution, or My Pocket Commercial, because they told me I would receive the delivery plan in advance so that I could verify delivery.
Ignorant me, I prepaid them in full, in advance, via personal cheque. The cheque was cashed immediately and I never heard a word from them until I emailed again.
Order was placed October 7, 2014. I was told it would 1 week to print and start delivery.
October 14 — I do not hear a word.
October 15 — I email to inquire if delivery as started as I expected a plan ahead of time. I am told delivery will start Friday the 17^th.
October 16 — I am emailed a printed proof of my flyer. The ‘back’ is not even my material. I ask for my flyer backside to emailed to me. It never was. I am told delivery will indeed start the 17^th. I receive no ‘plan’ for me to verify. They just give me the first 3 digits of a postal code.
October 22 — I ask for the delivery plan. Again.
October 23 — I am ‘assured’ they are being delivered and ‘assured’ that it was printed properly. I do not trust the assurances of a company that has not lived up to any of their word.
October 25 — I have given a 2-​page word document stating main street names in the areas that have been delivered. The street I live on is to be targeted on the 27^th.
October 28 — I, nor my neighbours, received the material.
Now I bet the company will print off 10 more flyers and delivery them around my home to ‘assure’ me they did their job.
If you are considering this company, DON’T. Go with a company that doesn’t take your money until their job is done.
The owner ‘Andrew’ emailed me to say that they are legit, have proof that items were delivered and if I wish to proceed in court, he’ll have no problem defending himself. He left a phone number: 416−786−8583 which he never picks up and he never returns my phone calls or email.
This whole company operates through Gmail accounts and voicemail. They have no legitimate office. I complained to the BBB and the BBB said they have never been able to reach this company. I have also reported to the CRA for their tax fraud.
