Downsizing Solutions

Catherine came out to our house to consult with us on preparing our home for real estate showings. She was very knowledgeable and has had a lot of experience doing this. It really showed. Everything she said made perfect sense once she explained it. We went room by room while she checked everything out. Our house is a 2100 sq. ft. bungalow with a full basement and we covered all of it over the course of a couple of hours.
The day after she left she sent and email with all of her suggestions listed so that we could work away at them. She will be coming back in a week for the final touches and some furniture moving. Catherine has already been a tremendous help and I am absolutely certain that if we follow her recommendations our house will look it’s total best. Would recommend her to anyone looking to showcase their home.
