The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If they don’t know the answers to my questions (I always have so many!) they usually will direct me to the right person.
I find the prices are a bit high, relative to other stores and online. They do have some random liquidation items sprinkled around the store, too, so depending on what kind of art or crafts you do, sometimes it is easy to find some really cheap supplies.
They do have a great selection of products and a great point program, especially if you are a student!
