Booked on was listed as a «deluxe queen». Not much deluxe, nothing like the photos. Not many cars in the lot. You would think that they would put their best foot forward, that we should have had a fairly decent room if so many available. Well no, i guess it was more important to give us what we paid for than to impress us. The site is extremely tranquil, easy to get to, lots of parking. No fridge. Cable, absolutely, but all of the 13 channels are French except one. The tub has big clam designed shelves it’s 1970’s vibe. The toilet needs to be flushed twice. The A/C unit sounded like an aircraft. Cleaning staff missed a few places, for years, i believe. No spare blankets or pillows. No screens on the windows. Either way it was quiet. Not wahat we thought we were getting

3.5÷5 Located in the east end of Montréal, this motel is convenient for those travelling by car and want the quick access to the highway the next day without going via downtown. It’s cheap too! The rooms were a lot bigger than I thought considering the price for the motel(though that might have to do with the fact we’re far from the city centre), and the wifi works decently. However, the receptionist I had only spoke French. Thankfully, my limited French skills up to 1st year university did manage to understand what he was saying, and slowly talking to the receptionist allowed him to understand what I was trying to say to him. Overall it was a good place to stay as we were able to jump onto the highway immediately the next day. Be warned that not all the receptionists there speak English, so either brush up your French skills or try and make it seem easy for him to understand what you’re saying.
