I spoke directly with the owner after my spouse had tried for about 3 weeks to get a time and date for installation of a new A/C pinned down without success. The owner set an appointment for 10am the next morning to meet at my new house, and never showed up. By about 3 in the afternoon, I called and found out that they were just wrapping up a job on the opposite side of the GTA from me and would head over after that. Instead, we pushed the appointment back by another day, and agreed on 11am for an estimated 3 — 4 hour installation. The owner showed up close to noon, went through a couple of options, then sent his guys out to pick up the machine. They didn’t show back up until 2pm, and then took 6 hours to complete the installation. During that time, they broke the clips in two pot lights, damaged the floor, and put a random screw into my furnace room door frame. They then instructed me to get a new filter the next day, and to leave the old filter in the furnace while allowing the machine to run that night. When I came back the next day with a new filter, I found that they had removed the old filter without telling me, allowing dirty air to get processed through the furnace and vents. When I called to make my issues known, I spoke to a gentleman(not the owner this time) who listened to my issues, denied that his guys had done any of those items, and upon my continued insistence that my complaints were legitimate, he responded«…So? What do you want me to say?» Very rude customer service, abysmally poor at keeping appointments or sticking to an estimated schedule, and reckless with their client’s home. I do not recommend their service to anyone.
