Tinseltown Christmas Emporium

Wow! Entering Tinseltown is like entering your childhood at Christmas. I had searched all over Ottawa for a specific type of decoration & was about to give up when I found this store on Google. And of course not only did they have what I had been looking for; they had in all colours, shapes & sizes. The staff is friendly & helpful. I loved this store… I’m going back this weekend:-)

My jaw dropped when I entered this store. It was just like, «What??? How? HOW CAN SOMETHING SO AMAZING EXIST???». I feel like this store is a dream come true! A Christmas store year round?! The store is gorgeous! It’s like walking into Santa’s workshop! With holiday music playing and all. The staff singing along to it. The store just LIT UP. The décor is just out of this world! It’s arranged by color theme too!!! All I can say is why haven’t I been in here sooner? It’s just PACKED with Christmas things! The prices seem fair to me too since I have seen similar things for sale at malls where they’re definitely sold for more.
There’s also another themed store attached to it where its more shabby chic country décor for sale. Like white furniture and rose patterns. Things like that.
Anytime I’m on Wellington now I’m absolutely visiting this store. I hope other holiday fanatics come visit this store to support it! They need to stay in business forever!

So, I expect to be going back here at least once a year, maybe more frequently then that.
My wife was really disappointed 10 years ago when Christmas in the Capital closed, and would have to travel to Quebec City or somewhere else to get her «Christmas Store Fix», but thats no longer the case.
Filed to the brim with everything Christmas there is a little something for everyone when it comes to Christmas merchandise. We really enjoyed making our way through the store and discovering all the little nick nacks they have to offer.
We could honestly go back again tomorrow and find things we missed the first time around.

This place is open year round and they sell Christmas décor, which is pretty neat. The place is glittery and set really well. Oddly my friend did not like the giant lollipops there, LOL.

Clearly I was wrong when i said Bed Bath and Beyond was the most glorious store in existence, but that was before I walked into this place.
It is wall-​to-​wall Christmas stuff. I never knew my eyes could open so wide.
They had Christmas ornaments, plates, Christmas teapots, Christmas nightlights. I did not want to leave this place of wonder and glory.
I am definitely going to return to this place.
