Said they would no longer sell fur and went back on their word. Had respect for this business for doing that, now do not. Supporters of leghold trapped wildlife and skinned alive animals from China.

Good selection of brands, and the staff are helpful.
This location — compared to their old home in the Byward Market — is much easier to navigate since there are no stairs — a non-​issue for me, but is for some.
Another possible upside is if you need to test out new boots, the doors open up to the pedestrian mall, so you can go around the block and get a real feel before making a purchase on backpacking boots.
