Love thai and this is as good as any thai restaurant I’ve been to. So many choices, it’s fast and reasonably priced. The menu break down makes it easy for even the novice of thai food.

Ok I’m serious laugh at me all you want I’m ridiculously addicted to this place. For under $ 10 you can get yourself a plate of Thai food easily as good as most Thai restaurants in Ottawa. Best part? These badboys are everywhere and the recipes don’t differ much. I’ve tried everything here. So I’ll go into detail about some of my favorites: 2500 stars/I love you: Pad Sew, holy sweet god it is good. Get it with extra sauce. It is really unique tasting. Sweet, salty, deliciousness. It includes a meat of your choice(I stick with chicken), long flat noodles, gai lan broccoli, and egg. Simple but amazing. It goes really well with sriracha sauce. 5 stars/Delicious: General Thai: Think General Tao chicken with a twist. Breaded deliciousness in a red sweet and spicy sauce. They add more veggies than usual and you can get it crazy spicy so I guess that makes it Thai. The veggies include: onion, tomato, pineapple(fruit, whatever), green pepper. I don’t like the tomato that much so I ask them to exclude it and they always do no problem. Red curry/green curry/yellow curry: Reallyyyy good! The sauce is rich and tasty and its made pretty spicy already so if you ask for it hot, you’ll get hot. The yellow curry is made with potatos/pineapple/other veggies, green curry with egg plant and the red curry is made with bamboo, which I hate. 4 stars/Awesome: Pad Thai, General curries, Stir fry, Fried rice, Soups, Spring rolls

Got the spicy General Thai chicken. Loose environment, friendly people. Food was pretty damn impressive too, the way they blend the heat of the sauce with the tomatoes, pineapple and rice is great, will definitely go back. Just a quick warning, the food isn’t all that spicy at first but it really hits you like a freaking brick wall towards the end so don’t speed through it like I did(I was in a rush to catch a film with a friend) because heart burn will ensue. lol

This place is part of the popular chain. I hadn’t tried it until it opened up a store in the food court of Billings Bridge Plaza. This review is based on the understanding that its a food court… The service is very prompt and friedly. You can see your food being cooked in front of you. They offer the standard take-out fare. Check out the website for the menu. The prices range from $ 8 – 10 per dish. They have cool little takeout containers so that you can get the rest of the office jealous with your lunch that afternoon. And may it be a reminder to all for the rest of the day of what an awesome one it was! I ordered the chicken pad thai since I had heard good things about it. It was a bit sweet for my taste but since they have a container to add your own peanuts and lime, it worked out for me. One can pick from mild, medium and spicy and although I ordered the spicy one, I think medium would work for most people. The spicy one actually overcame the extra sweetness. Be prepared to wait in line and there are hardly any tables available if decide to eat in the food court. The pad thai is good and for a quick lunch, this place is perfect!
