Starbucks

I am giving them Yay! I’m a fan because lets be honest I am a total Starbucks addict. I don’t often frequent this location because even though it is very close to me it is back tracking. Every time I go to this location they are extremely friendly but there is always a line up and the rare times there isn’t it still takes forever to get my drink order. Being the only Starbucks in Orleans now I can understand why there is always a line up, so another location (preferably with a drive thru) would be amazing to have. They usually get my drink order wrong and one weekend I went in there every day on my way to a craft fair and they forgot the mint in my peppermint white mocha the day before so I just asked them if they could make sure it was in there and they gave me a free drink which was really nice of them and not at all what I was asking them for but greatly appreciated.
Overall the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but to ease their pain of extremely long line ups it would be nice for another location to open :)

Ever since my move to the east end, I’ve been frequenting this place to get a bit of work done, and I have to say I really like it. It’s a bit of an odd Starbucks, as the seating is a little awkward and the kitchen space is larger — more like a typical non-​chain café, but I like it!
There’s actually a desk near the window where I like to come and do my work. There’s a ton of bar seating around the window, which is nice, and a handful of smaller tables as well. There’s also two comfy chairs by the window, and oddly enough, a sort of love seat in the back, near the washrooms, with two tables. I could see that being a prime study/​work location.
The staff, as at most Starbucks locations, are phenomenal. I came in a few times this week while their safe alarm was stuck, and they were super apologetic. I can only imagine how difficult it was to work with a constant ringing in your ears and remain upbeat and friendly. I’ve also had the staff recommend some great things (just love their egg white, spinach and veggie breakfast sandwich!), and they are always doing samplings, which is nice.
While I enjoy working here, note that it is a BUSY location! No matter what time of day I come it, there is always a steady flow of customers. It actually gets quick packed around 3 – 4 p.m. during the week, so if you’re looking for a low-​key, quiet study spot, this might not be the best place for you.

Good location but its the staff that make this a great store. Very friendly, knowledgable and always ready for a chat.

It can get very busy.

This is a good little starbucks with friendly staff and a patio outside. It can get busy on the weekends being the only one currently in Orleans. The place is always pretty clean even if busy.
