Owner /​manager was extremely rude. They did not have what we ordered (ice coffee). It seemed to be a challenge for them to take a simple order of two beverages. They were three employees discussing it and it took a long time to receive our order even though there were no one else waiting. I have never written a negative review but this place was beyond bad! Would not recommend this location and will not be going back. We had an awful experience!

I like the Second Cup. It is a classy alternative to Tim Horton’s and Canadian Version to Starbucks.
I really enjoy the coffee, the desserts and cheesecake are to die for. This location was busy with a wide variety of students and other professionals and I really enjoyed it. I wish Second Cup would expand to smaller cites.
