The first time I had to call was for my Frigidaire washer machine. Guy over the phone was really kind and helped me to find the right part for my door lock. Better than that, they were the first one around Ottawa-​Gatineau that managed to have my part in stock. Part price was around 2 – 4 $ cheaper than elsewhere.
Second time was my dishwasher machine, still had the Part in stock.
Last time was today for my washer machine again… They were the only one to have my door hinge in stock and it was cheaper… Told the guy I was on my way from Gatineau. When I arrived the guy had already the box on the counter ready for me.
