Ottawa Souvenirs and Gifts sells exactly what their name says they do. They have all kinds of things that show both Ottawa love and Canadian spirit and pride, which is why it’s particularly popular on Canada Day.
They sell keychains, magnets, stickers, pins, stuffed toys, glassware, home décor, books, magazines, maps, CDs and DVDs, t-​shirts and clothing, jewelry and accessories, flags, postcards, plaques, and various Canadian-​made and Canadian-​themed foods and candies, including maple syrup and maple products.
If you’re just stopping by, especially on Canada Day, there is a big, stuffed toy moose in the front of the store, dressed like an RCMP officer, hat and all. There is a little tree trunk in front of him where you can sit and take some pictures for your own souvenir photo.
