This hotel is horrible. They said if I wrote a 10⁄10 review that they would refund a night of my stay. The review would obviously be false, since there is no way this hotel would ever be 10⁄10. This practice of collecting false reviews is well documented on Tripadvisor. So I don’t suggest believing any positive reviews that you see. This hotel is in a bad neighbourhood and is in bad shape – holes in the wall, mold in the bathroom, etc. No one cleans your room during your stay and the wifi is very slow. They double billed me and when I called to complain, the woman was extremely rude, repeatedly cutting me off when I tried to talk. When I got annoyed by constantly not being permitted to finish my sentences, she had the audacity to accuse me of being the rude one and hung up on me. I mentioned that she and her staff should be more apologetic about the error, and she said there is no way she would be sorry until she determined if I was trying to scam her. I guess this hotel has never heard the phrase«the customer is always right». While I wouldn’t expect her to refund me without investigation, she should give customers the benefit of the doubt when speaking to them. I was told that she would look into the paperwork and then call me back. My credit card has been refunded, but I am still waiting for my phone call and my apology(neither of which are probably coming). They also did not properly notify so that I could collect my reward points and I had to call myself. Save yourself the hassle and stay anywhere else.
