I had no idea what I did to my neck but when I woke up I couldn’t move it at all and I was in screaming pain.
A colleague recommended Dr. Burton at Downtown Chiropractic and given it is just steps from my office I thought I had no choice.
I had gone to a chiropractor before so I knew the typical drill of x-​rays, consultations, three visits a week, yadda, yadda.
I found Dr. Burton to be incredibly knowledge and caring. He wanted to make my pain go away and I didn’t see myself as just another patient paying him $ 60 visit.
The office doesn’t do direct insurance billing but most chiropractors in Ottawa don’t offer that anyways.
I returned faithfully for about two weeks and Dr. Burton remembered my situation and problem every time. I was happy to lined up with a young doctor who cares about his patients.
Although I don’t go to the chiropractor regularly I wouldn’t hesitate to go to this clinic again if whatever happened last time happens again!
