Great atmosphere, however the only thing that would stop me from giving a 5 stars is the lack there of cosmetics.
Coming to Ottawa I want to get the full service of hair and makeup .
If they had makeup to purchase or an artist on the floor this place would feel exactly like a salon In New York City .
However the talented hair colourists and hair dressers are outstanding .
If your in Ottawa or coming for a visit it’s a must to stop in.

The owner is a great guy who always makes you feel like a welcomed customer. The service is wonderful; they offer to take you jacket, to get you a coffee, etc. it gives off the mama papa shops business feel! Definitely give this place a shot :)

I had an amazing experience at New York New York Hair Salon! I had a long wait at Ottawa airport so decided to go get my hair cut here and it ended up being the best decision I’ve made in a long time! Not only was my hairstylist so professional and talented, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. I recommend it highly!
