This store is great and the staff is outstanding. I had a lot of questions the first few times I went in and everyone was so patient and knowledgeable. I always visit when I’m at billings. They have lots of choice and some fresh organic produce as well.

This location has a great variety of products here and are rarely out of stock of popular items. Unfortunately I visited this store for my final time today. I’ve been here several times before and with the exception of one older lady who was happy to answer my questions, the customer service was absolutely crap. I walked in there today to purchase a protein bar and stood in front of the counter to pay. Despite being directly in front of two employees, neither of them acknowledged I was there. After some time had passed I placed the bar on the counter to get their attention. Instead they continued on their conversation and proceeded to laugh and hug in front of my face. I couldn’t believe it. I placed the bar back and walked right out of the store. I will never be stepping foot in there again.

I’ve been shopping at this location ever since it opened and the store was super tiny. So, I have some good and not so good things to say. Now it is nice that they have a large frozen food selection and many neat prepared items. The fresh produce is a good idea, but very lacking and hardly looks fresh– I’d pick the grocery store organic over the one section of tired looking veggies. The frozen fruits do look great those, so at least there is always a bunch of those! There is also a decent selection of gluten free baked items. But I did notice that often this location(Billings Bridge) they will get in almost outdated items, like with the best before of the same day or the next day and sell those. Quite a few times this year I have seen store staff get deliveries of baked goods only to stock the whole section with items that already have sale stickers and best before the next day and no fresher items. Now there is a decent bulk section– if you really need something. I have stopped getting bulk here after the store refused to label the bulk items with the ingredients. I’ve contacted the store at least a few times over the years and was told«we will think about it»… Only to see the store be renovated, new bulk section put in and still no ingredient labels. A lot of the«natural» bulk items for sale there actually have a lot of preservatives, sugar, colorings too. The dried fruits are a good example of that. The fruit juice gummies contain sugar and gelatin– in case anyone is wondering. They do taste good though, but I will get those from a place that actually supplies the ingredients. If you are looking for a large selection of vitamins and supplements the store does have a ton of those. Prices are ok and more on the high side. I don’t want to totally diss the store, so will add they do sell local eggs and Ontario brands of dairy products– so that is a plus!

I never thought I would ever shop in a store like this. But, my wife and I have noticed how dry the weather is here and our skin has become very sensitive to the dyes and scent chemicals in the cleaning products we use. Also, my wife watches the food channel all the time and now wants to cook with only natural and organic foods. We found Natural Food Pantry in Billings Bridge Mall, which makes it totally handy in the sense that we can shop there while doing other shopping. It sells everything — cleaning products, dried foods(in a great bulk area), frozen foods and produce. They even have helpful books as well. The prices vary depending on what you are buying. The natural soaps are cheap, but the cleaning products are about double what the regular brands sell for.
