I was in Ottawa for 5 weeks last summer and for a week 5 months ago. I went to mingle room atleast 4 days a week during my 5 weeks and twice in December.
Its the perfect spot for shisha, good music and ambiance. The shisha is great, the music is great (mostly hip-​hop) and the interior is decorated very nicely, kinda of a lounge look.
I ordered food a few times and it has been less than great. The taste does not deliver and is not worth the money. However, they have special $ 2 drinks (on Tuesday I think??) or at some point during the week. The service is friendly and is definitely my spot anytime I am in Ottawa!
