Even though this place has a «wide» range of products, I don’t like coming here. I always have a hard time looking for the weaves I want and other products. When you ask the employees if they have more in the backstore, it’s always no. The store is cramped which is not pleasurable when you shop. And the customer service is terrible. Unless you come here for something that only mama cee carries, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are other stores in the city that you can get your products for a cheaper price.

There is no other place in Ottawa I love to go than Mama Cee’s when purchasing a new wig. My childhood friend recomended this place to me when I started the trend back in 2009, and I’ve never looked back. The staff I find are quiet, but are very keen and knowledgable. They have a wide variety of products ranging from wigs, extensions, and salon grade hair products. The store is very cluttered (with products), HOWEVER I’ve never left without something I was looking for. The staff are also very careful to help you pick out a wig suited to you. If there is a certain occasion, event, or for simply everyday use, Mama Cee’s will definatly have what you are looking for!
