My friend and I booked an appointment for pedicures. When we arrived we were not greeted, and though we were on time we had to wait 20 extra minutes for our appointment. The service was friendly enough once we were in the massage chairs (which had a number of settings and were very comfortable). Though the pedicure itself was decent, the salon overprices their services given the quality of their work and the atmosphere of the salon. It was very hot, no air conditioning, just a single fan, and not a wide selection of high quality polish. An average experience overall for the price of what should have been higher quality!

I’ve tried a number of places since moving to Ottawa, but I always come back here. The service is very good and everyone is so friendly. The prices are reasonable too. I always get compliments on my nails after I’ve been there. The staff member who chooses the music that plays in the background has excellent taste. The music is always different but always very good!

I’ve never been disappointed with the services here! Since I’ve moved to Ottawa, I’ve come here on the regular for shellac and eyebrow waxing. They are quick, clean, and incredibly nice!
