Can I give a negative rating?
Looks like a great selection to choose from, higher end clothes, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I walked in, and the man at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge/​recognize me, the woman did greet at the other end of the shop did greet me.
I had gone in looking for a dinner jacket, a winter coat, scarf & gloves, but I’ll take my money elsewhere. A pet peeve of mine is customer service, if I’m walking in your door at least greet me with a simple «hello» as I am looking to spend some money for a legitimate reason.
